Mr. Chang joined Bain Capital Double Impact as an Associate in 2022.
Prior to joining Bain Capital, Mr. Chang worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at Barclays in the Financial Sponsors Group and Consumer Retail Group.

Mr. Chang graduated with a B.A. in Economics and Math and a B.M. in Music Composition from Northwestern University.
